Trying to install vindicator..

I can install it but. everytime I try to open it up.. It gives me

COMPONENT 'MSINET.Ock' OR ONE OF ITS DEPENDECIES NOT CORRECTLY REGISTERED: A FILE IS MISSING OR INVALID..

this is very annoying.. but i dont think that i can re-register and files or anything like that on this comp.. Its not mine.. A public computer.. Library

HELP ME!!!!

you wont be able to do anything on libary computers... they set settings on there comps you should know that by now...

lol... gangsta had the same problem...
you cant change anything because it invovles changing parts of the computer
don't use kiosk, use personal computers

... try reinstalling GV under an Administrator windows account
